Describing a Person

When my friend and I arrived the village for sightseeing, I found that he got lost.   Please help me to find him.  Following are his features.  First, his name is John.  He has short and black hair and small eyes.  And he is tall and strong with baby face, so he looks like a twenty-year-old boy.   He also wears a pair of glasses and a ring on his left ear.  When he was last seen, he wore a green T-shirt, black pants and a white cap.  That day he had a black backpack, and his coat is in it, so he may wear it. The coat is white with a cute lion. Last, he speaks with a strange accent. If you discovery a person like him, please call me as soon as possible.  Thank you for all your help.
