     My friend and I are looking for an apartment to share near campus.  We search the webs for apartment sites.  And we find that there are two choices on the “findyourperfectapartmentrightnow” site.  One choice is “Fair Apartments”, and the other is “CAMPUS APTS”.  First of all, Fair Apartments offers large two bedrooms apartment, but CAMPUS APTS offers one bedroom apartment available immediately in large modern building.  I think that they have different advantage.  Second, Fair Apartments is furnished, whereas CAMPUS APTS is unfurnished.  Third, Fair Apartments requires that we can not have pets. In contrast, CAMPUS APTS allowed us to keep pets.  But we have no pets, this regulation isn’t important.  Last but not the least, the rent of Fair Apartments is $1250/month; however, the rent of CAMPUS APTS is only $900/ month plus utilities.  By comparison, my friend and I think that the former apartment is a fit place for us to lives; namely, we decide to rent Fair Apartments’.
