Contrasting - 1 - revised

     My friend and I looked for an apartment to share near campus.  We searched the webs for apartment sites.  And we found that there were two choices on the “findyourperfectapartmentrightnow” site.  One choice was “Fairfax Apartments”, and the other was “CAMPUS APTS”.  First of all, Fairfax Apartments offered large two bedrooms apartment, but CAMPUS APTS offered one bedroom apartment available immediately in large modern building.  I think that they have different advantage.  Second, Fairfax Apartments was furnished, whereas CAMPUS APTS was unfurnished.  Third, Fairfax Apartments requireed that we can not have pets. In contrast, CAMPUS APTS allowed us to keep pets.  But we had no pets, this regulation wasn’t important.  Last but not the least, the rent of Fairfax Apartments was $1250/month; however, the rent of CAMPUS APTS was only $900/ month plus utilities.  By comparison, my friend and I think that the former apartment was a fit place for us to lives; namely, we decided to rent Fairfax Apartments’.
