     When my friend and I arrived at the village for sightseeing, I found that he got lost.   Please help me to find him.  Following are his features.  First, his name is John.  He has short and black hair and small eyes.  And he is tall and strong with baby face, so he looks like a twelve-year-old boy.   He also wears a pair of glasses and an earring on his left ear.  The last time he was seen, he wore a green T-shirt, black pants and a white cap.  That day he had a black backpack, and his coat is in it, so he may wear it. The coat is white with a cute lion. Last, he speaks with a strange aboriginal accent. If you discover a person like him, please call me as soon as possible.  Thank you for all your help.

     There are some identities of John Adams and Thomas Jefferson.  Both John Adams and Thomas Jefferson had served as presidents of United States.  John Adams died on 7/4/1826.  Likewise, Thomas Jefferson died on 7/4/1826.  During their lifetime, they did many the same meaningful things.  First, they were important persons in American Revolution and signers of Declaration of Independence.  Moreover, they delegated to the Continental Congress.  In addition, they studied and practiced law.  In conclusion, John Adams and Thomas Jefferson are great people, and they live within our heart!

Comparing - 1

     Stephanie Brooks and Ann Friedman are alike in several ways.  First, Stephanie Brooks’s eyes colors are brown and so are Ann Friedman’s.  Second, both Stephanie Brooks and Ann Friedman hair colors are black.  Third, Stephanie Brooks is 5’3” in height.  Similarly, Ann Friedman is 5’3” in height.  In addition,  they were born on 7/31/70!  What a coincidence!  If you are their friend, you must be very surprised!

When you would like to keep in touch with your friends but don’t want to spend a lot of money on stamps, you can try to send an e-mail.  First, open the website and login.  If you don’t have an account number, you can apply for one.  There are many free e-mails, for example, Yahoo, Google and MSN.  Second, choose or key your receiver address.  Third, fill the subject of your letter in the blank space of “subject”.  Then, write down what you want to express.  The contents you write can be casual, just like talking on the phone, but e-mail gives you more time to think about what you want to say with appropriate words and phrases.  Last, check all the e-mail is desirable and you can press the “sent”.  It’s easy to send an e-mail if you follow these steps.

Giving reasons -- My Favorite Season

My favorite season is winter.  First of all, the winter in Taiwan is cold and cool, and I feel good and comfortable.  Second, because of the low temperature, the number of mosquitoes in winter is much lower than that in winter, and so are other insects.  Third, when we doing exercise without lots of sweat, and the air is cleaner.   Last but not the least, the students have winter vacation in this term, and the New Year is coming soon.  For this reason, we can get some red envelopes to buy new clothes.  To sum up, there are too many advantages in winter, and I love it very much!
