Drinking a moderate amount of caffeine probably won’t cause you any harm. But drinking too much caffeine can have negative effects on your health. Heavy caffeine use is more than 500 to 600 mg a day (four to seven cups of coffee). Here are some of the effects of too much caffeine. First of all, you may fall ill called insomnia. This disease keeps you from sleeping so that you will easily get on nervous and anxious. Second, caffeine makes your muscle tremor abnormally. When you want to get something drink, your hands tremble violently so that your glass slips out of your hands. Soon, you will find the inconveniences from too much caffeine. Third, the serious headaches will hit you! You can’t sleep, you are out of spirits and then you suffer from headaches. Last but not the least, you will bear nausea or other gastrointestinal problems. The problems of stomach will affect the whole life. Without a good stomach, there is no beauty in life. Therefore, if you want to lead a beautiful life, you should keep caffeine away.
